With large bay windows that flood the room with natural light, high ceilings that give it an open feel, and direct street-level access, the space is both accessible and full of charm.

The studio features a cozy loft area upstairs, perfect for extra seating, storage, or behind-the-scenes setup. A private restroom is available on-site for you and your guests.

Whether you're planning a pop-up, workshop, small celebration, or community event, Studio Luz offers a flexible and inspiring space to bring your vision to life.

Partial-Day (Up to 6 Hours): $650

Half-Day (Up to 8 Hours): $850

Full Day (Up to 10 Hours): $1000

The Luz Special is a community-supported rate created specifically for art shows and gallery-style exhibitions. This offering is designed to support creatives showcasing their work—or the work of others—within the Studio Luz space.

This package includes full-day access on the day of the event, as well as access the evening prior to allow for thoughtful installation and setup.
